Hello again,

Just got home a bit ago and wanted to let you know that the reprogramming made for a smoother ride home on my Dost bike. It now runs much more like my previous bike which was a lot of fun to ride. The reprogramming definitely made for easier transitions and having my mirror back is very comforting.

Awesome experience with BCebike in Nanaimo. Met with us outside of business hours to allow us to have our bikes for the weekend. Would absolutely recommend buying your bikes through them. Great staff!

We just bought our e-bikes yesterday and went for our first ride today. What a treat to be able to motor up steep hills without feeling like having a jammer. We received excellent service, help and tips from Rob who was very accommodating and helped in every way imaginable. We would highly recommend purchasing your e-bikes from BCebike in Nanaimo! The time spent on the assembly of my bike even though I bought it elsewhere was nothing less than marvelous. I appreciate the extra time and effort spent to explain a lot of little items which would have taken me time on my own to discover. Thank you for being so helpful and professional.
