What to say about BCeBike's customer service? It simply is the best there is on Vancouver Island! I have a two-year-old Velec R48 which I love to ride. Unfortunately, the battery died. I had bought the bike in Duncan, but reaching the business there was painfully unsuccessful. Eventually I contacted Velec in Quebec and they immediately responded and told me to connect with BCeBike in Nanaimo. During a day their store was closed (Monday) I could deliver my bike to have it checked out. Rob the owner phoned me the same day to confirm the battery was dead, but luckily still on warranty. He provided me with a loan battery so I could keep riding and now the warranty is taken care of. On a site note, Rob checked out the bike completely and fixed assembly errors made in Duncan without charging me for it! Rob thank you so much! We did not even purchase our bikes from bc ebikes and they serviced our bikes and provided us with lots of information to make our biking experience better. Thank you thank you thank you.....I now know why Mitchell from surface 604 was not worried at all about the issues we were having once he knew we took our bikes to your team!

Stayed after hours to complete sale and complete last minute assembly. Shared operating instructions and safety tips. Very patient with technical challenges of payment process.
Please bring your e-bike to the shop, include keys, battery and security code. Chat with our receptionist, describe issues, leave e-bike. We will call you with an update if required, and finally contact you to pick-up your bike.
Most maintenance can be completed within 48 hours.
